Ravioli With Cherry Tomatoes And Cheese

This is a fantastic recipe that you can make and call your own. You can experiment with the ingredients and you can use any type of ravioli that you’d like to use. My favorite ravioli is cheese and spinach ravioli.
Ingredients -
1 Pint Red and Yellow Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1 Package Mozzarella Cheese, (16 ounce), shredded
1/3 Cup Fresh Basil, chopped
1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped
Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste
1 Package Frozen Ravioli, (25 ounce)
 
Preparation:

1. Toss together the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, basil, olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

2. Let the mixture stand for 2 hours.

3. Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil.

4. Cook the ravioli for 5 minutes or until tender and heated through.

5. Drain.

6. Toss with the cherry tomato mixture and serve.
