Ravioli Primavera

This is a terrific recipe for ravioli primavera. It not only tastes wonderful it’s a great way to get all your essential vegetables without knowing it’s healthy as well as delicious.
Ingredients -
1 Package of 40 Frozen Ravioli
1 Can Cream of Spinach Soup
1 Bag Frozen Mixed Vegetables, (16 ounce), thawed
1 Cup Tap Water, very hot
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Dried Basil
1/8 Teaspoon Garlic, minced
Salt, to taste
Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste
 
Preparation:

1. Put water and cream in frying pan over high heat and bring to boil.

2. Stir in the oil, garlic and basil.

3. Stir in the ravioli.

4. Cover and bring to a boil.

5. Stir, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 8 minutes then stir again.

6. Add the cream of spinach soup, vegetables, salt and black pepper.

7. Bring to boil.

8. Reduce the heat and simmer for 4 minutes, stirring several times.
