1. Put water and cream in frying pan over high heat and bring to boil.
2. Stir in the oil, garlic and basil.
3. Stir in the ravioli.
4. Cover and bring to a boil.
5. Stir, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 8 minutes then stir again.
6. Add the cream of spinach soup, vegetables, salt and black pepper.
7. Bring to boil.
8. Reduce the heat and simmer for 4 minutes, stirring several times.
