Inside Out Ravioli

If you don’t end up eating this whole meal with your family, never fear. This dish freezes very well and can be pulled out whenever you need to cook up something quick.
Ingredients -
1 Pound Medium Seashell Pasta
1 Package Frozen Spinach, (10 ounce), chopped
1 Pound Lean Ground Beef
2 Jars Pasta Sauce, (26 ounce)
8 Ounces Cheddar Cheese, shredded, divided
 
Preparation:

1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.

3. Add the seashell pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until it is al dente.

4. Drain.

5. Cook the spinach according to the package directions.

6. Drain.

7. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet until browned.

8. Drain.

9. Stir together the cooked beef, spinach, pasta sauce and all but 1/4 cup of the Cheddar cheese in a large bowl.

10. Reserve 2 cups of the sauce mixture.

11. Stir in the pasta shells into the remaining sauce mixture.

12. Pour shell mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish and top with reserved sauce and sprinkle with reserved cheese.

13. Bake in preheated oven 45 minutes, until browned and bubbly.
