Fiesta Ravioli

My family and I adore anything spicy. I created this recipe to combine our favorite Italian ravioli specialty with a little Mexican inspired spice.
Ingredients -
1 Package Frozen Beef Ravioli, (25 ounce)
1 Can Enchilada Sauce, (10 ounce)
1 Jar Salsa
2 Cups Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
1 Can Ripe Black Olives, (2.25 ounce), sliced, drained

Preparation:

1. Cook the ravioli according to the package directions.

2. Combine the enchilada sauce and salsa in a large skillet.

3. Cook and stir over medium heat until heated through.

4. Drain the ravioli.

5. Add the ravioli to the sauce.

6. Top with cheese and olives.

7. Cover and cook over low heat for 3-4 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
